Acoustic Doors

To meet the growing demand for reduced noise levels within buildings, a fully tested  range of acoustic doors providing up to 44db sound attenuation. Many of the features described above are also available with acoustic doors. Doors providing both acoustic and fire protection are also available with full certification

Doors are constructed from high density particle board with excellent mechanical properties. When tested to British Standard DD171:1987, this door achieved the highest rating of “Severe Duty”.

Any door size is available within the scope of fire test reports and assessments and with the following configurations:-

Single, equal pair, unequal pair, butt or rebated meeting stiles, with over panel, with sidelight. Panel doors are also available in various configurations.

Vision panels are available up to 1.29 square metres (FD30) with a choice of shape and glazing bead options.

Doors and frames can be machined for ironmongery and supplied as door only, door and frame or as a factory hung door set.

Door frames are available in hardwood, softwood, MDF and metal for 30 minutes rating and hardwood and metal for 60 minutes rating.
